Visualizing MSE Outputs

07_plotting_mse_results.Rmd

Helper functions are available to facilitate simple and consistent visualization of MSE output data. All visualizations are created with ggplot2 and interacting visualization packages (e.g. ggdist, ggridges), allowing for them to be easily customized. By default, the “color” aesthetic corresponds to different management procedures, and plots are facetted by operating model.

  • plot_ssb - plot of spawning biomass timeseries
  • plot_relative_ssb - plot of relative spawning biomass timeseries
  • plot_fishing_mortalities - plot of fishing mortality timeseries
  • plot_recruitment - plot of recruitment timeseries
  • plot_landed_catch - plot of landed catch timeseries
  • plot_ssb_catch - plot of landed catch and spawning biomass timeseries
  • plot_abc_tac - plot of ABC, TAC, expected landings, and attainment timeseries
  • plot_performance_metric_summary - plot of median/quantiles of performance metrics
